Imagine a world where youth knew they belonged, mattered, and their ideas created change…

Youth & Contemplation

Empowering youth to lead with empathy & wonder by cultivating inner & collective wisdom through contemplative practices.

Pillars of Belief

Listening – Deep, attentive listening—not just to what’s said, but to what’s beneath the surface. We foster environments where youth are heard without judgment or fixing.

Presence – Consistent, agenda-free presence. Trust is built in quiet, ordinary moments—in side conversations, walks, shared silence, and time spent simply being.

Mystery – We honor complexity and the unknown. We believe growth happens in the questions, in the doubt, and in the tension between knowing and not knowing.

Belonging – Every young person—whether questioning, neurodivergent, queer, spiritual-but-not-religious, or unsure of where they fit—is welcomed as they are. We cultivate spaces where they don’t have to earn belonging; they are the belonging.

At the Center for Youth and Contemplation, we’re building a framework for youth spaces that prioritize mental health, holistic growth, and spiritual grounding—whether rooted in tradition, outside of it, or somewhere in between.
